Rev. Pat Palmer

Biography:

Born in Buffalo, NY and attended New York State Colleges.  Received a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics Education and over the years, taught Jr. HS, High School, and University of Florida mathematics.  Later earned a Masters in counseling and worked in Vocational counseling for ten years, followed by private practice for some years.

Subsequently studied Religious Science and after five years of training became a minister in 1994.  Founded the Center for Conscious Living in Clearwater, Florida and was the Senior Pastor there for ten years.  During that time, trained 23 Religious Science Practitioners  (3 years of training program) and ten ministers (five year training program.)

Pat also spoke at several International Conferences at Asilomar, coordinated the Annual Ministers Conference at Lake Arrowhead, California, and served on the Religious Science International Board of Directors.

Relocated to Marin in December of 2003 to be an on-the-scene grandmother, and discovered Unity In Marin in January of 2007.  Began with UIM as the Teen teacher and gradually assumed more responsibility, today serving as the Director of Youth and Family Programs.

Continue to speak at area New Thought churches, as well as periodically at Unity In Marin; frequently teach courses in New Thought spirituality and healthy spiritual living.
