“I believe all our true desires are from Spirit. So our resolutions will have at their core a Spiritual foundation. This year I will emphasize this Spiritual foundation that underlies all our resolutions.” Rev Bill
I find that before I can commit to something new, I need to release baggage that I have been carrying from the prior year or years. We have a ritual in Unity called the Burning Bowl. In this ceremony, we write down a few words or a sentence that reflects what we want to release because it is no longer serving us. Maybe it’s anger or un-forgiveness, impatience, guilt, etc…. Whatever it is we want to release, we can do so. This ceremony is one way to release these things. If you are ready for a change in your life, this is a service you won’t want to miss.
