Sunday Morning Services ~ When The Chips Were Not Down . . .

A year ago we started planning a couple of things. One of them was to create a playground. We jumped into this objective with much enthusiasm and joy. Little did we know the hurdles that we would have to surmount to get to the place of completion objectives.
The playground itself was partially constructed when we were told by the city that we had to stop and follow a process that was very involved. The playground Structure was partially completed the fence was up but the:
WOOD CHIPS WERE NOT DOWN !
