Caroline McKinnon is a native of London, UK.  She is a mother of two adult children.  She has lived and worked in Tokyo and Singapore as a journalist and teacher. She has been a business owner and stage performer, and is trained as a certified Grief Recovery Specialist.  She is currently the owner and director of North Bay Grief Recovery in San Rafael. She volunteered on a suicide hotline for several years, and has been a Prayer Chaplain at Unity in Marin for ten consecutive years.  Caroline recently retired from the leadership of the Prayer Chaplain Program after 6 years in that role.
