Conscious Aging: Skillful Practices for Managing Anxiety

How do you manage the anxieties that may accompany the aging of our own and our loved ones bodies? Difficult medical procedures, chronic pain, isolation, aging worries and concerns can be challenging. In this workshop we will explore best practices for working with our consciousness to help us find refuge and self comfort from anxiety. Join us as we explore ideas for maintaining peace of mind in the face of aging challenges.
