Rooms Available
We’re two friendly, communicative women, seeking good people to complete our peaceful home.
Two rooms are available. One (12 x 12) gets warm morning sun. It has a large closet, large window, phone & cable outlets and is fully carpeted. The rent is $750. The other is upstairs, L-shaped with roughly the same amount of space, overlooks a redwood tree, has a skylight, phone & cable and is also carpeted. The rent is $735 .
Both rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. Utilities, wireless internet & cable are included;(We share any portion of PG&E fees above $100.) There is a $50 reduction in total cost if a couple rents both rooms;otherwise each room is for a single person, not a couple.
Three people share a bathroom with a full tub and shower and an attached shared linen closet.A fourth housemate lives in the master bedroom and has a private bath.
The large living/ dining room has a piano, fireplace, plants, and art from world cultures. Glass doors open to an outdoor patio. The kitchen has an eating area, dishwasher, washer & dryer. The house is completely furnished & carpeted.
Our pleasant home is an easy walk/bike to San Anselmo, Fairfax, San Rafael and beyond - - and a 5-10 minute walk to two bus stops. There is off-street parking and some limited storage. We live a healthy lifestyle, recycle, like to keep things clean & neat and share house chores. We respect limits and boundaries and keep our agreements. This is good for a responsible, easygoing friendly person who is on time with all bills. We don’t do any drugs, drink minimal alcohol, smoke anything or are able to have pets.
