The Congregation and Leadership Relations Committee supports and maintains an open relationship between Unity In Marin’s leadership and members of the congregation. It helps the leaders and members of the church share ideas, hopes, dreams, and interpretations of mission. It monitors the quality of the relationship between the Minister and the congregation. It lets Unity In Marin’s leaders know what people in the church are thinking. It gives a framework for feedback.
